Happy Easter!

 This Easter was a busy one!  We had church at 9:30, Grandma Chris' house at 10:30, then off to Chino hills to see the Smith clan.

 This is my 4 year old niece Hannah.  Here she is explaining why Selah was crying:)

 In my brother in laws backyard the have a playground set and this slide was the highlight of Selah's day.

 Greg had daddy duty for most of the day:)

First beach day of the season

 This past weekend was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!  The temp was in the 80's so Greg, Selah, and I headed to the beach down the st from our house and posted up.  Greg went surfing for about 30 min and promptly came out when there were no signs of the waves picking up

Santa Ana Zoo adventure!

 About two weeks ago my friend Katie and I took our little ones to the Santa Ana Zoo.  Her son is about a month and a half older than Selah, so it is nice to be able to hang out with a fellow mom who knows the woes of being a mom;)

 In the picture above is a rare sighting of the species known as Selah...haha

She loved all the open space and was running herself into a very good nap!

 This was their favorite part of the zoo.  It was a huge aviary full of tropical birds.  They had many ponds that were full of red eared sliders and small pink birds.

 Lunch was eaten around a tree, while babbling to each other.

 This handsome fellow here is Clyde.  A pygmy goat that loved the snacks that you bought and fed them.  He also got a little giddy and was standing on his hind legs trying to play with his handler.  Very fun to watch!

 Monkeys!!

The Zoo has a wonderful playground that ended our awesome trip to the zoo.  One day here inthe future Greg and I hope to take her to either the LA zoo or San Diego Zoo!

Smith Family

 The Smith Family got together recently for Taj's 17 Birthday at North Woods in Azuza.

 This is a picture of Selah having a fit, cause she didn't want to be in the picture

 There was a total of 24 of us at North Woods.  The food there is delicious, But definitely not weight watchers approved!  They are known for their cheese bread, which was awesome!

Laguna Beach hike

 I worked early onSsunday and came home to some friends, who were ready to go hiking!

 So we packed up the vw bus and drove to Laguna, parked off the side of the road and picked a trail.

 Selah loved the flowers and she even did some hiking herself!
