nap time

Selah is napping.
I mean like really napping, for like longer than 45 min!
I think all mommies can agree when we all say we need nap time.

Nap time= alone time, time to catch up on chores, your own nap or plain just relaxing!
I am going to do my Jillain Micheals 30 min shred workout!
I weight in at weight watchers this thurs and I hope to lose weight!
And when Selah wakes up we are going to the park!
Have a good day everybody!

On sun it was my cousin Jeremy's 21st birthday, so the family all got together for dinner.  Here is Selah playing with some toys
It was nice to get to see my cousins and then going and joining the birthday boy as he took his first drink in a bar.  My mom watched Selah as Greg and I had a night out on the town!
She keep picking up the toys and then dumping them back out.  Fun!
On monday (Martin Luther King day) I took Selah to Frog's Bounce House, off brookhurst and edinger.  Boy did we have fun!  Parents even get to join in on the fun and bounce!  We had so much fun we are going back next Monday!

Only in California does it look this beautiful in the middle of January!
Loving my life and the people I share it with<3

Today was an absolutely beautiful day!  Selah and I took the opportunity and headed to the park to play!

So on Friday night Greg and I were supposed to have a date night.  Unfortunately he got called into work instead.:(  So to make up, tonight we all went out!  We went to Best Buy first to use up some gift cards we got for Christmas, and then we went to Chilis to eat. yum yum!

Selah is officially walking!!!

She began taking just little steps a couple of days before we left for Montana.  Then while we were up there she was kinda sorta walking/crawling.  But since last night she is a full time walking machine!
She also likes to mimic her animals!  Haha its hilarious the way she does the cat:)
And for Christmas she got a music box with tons of instruments.  In the last video she is trying to teach her doll how to play too.

Montana sunset

We are finally home safely!!  It was a close one going into the Cajon pass on Monday morning at 3am.  It was snowing so much and the road conditions were so terrible they closed the entire pass!  Lucky we hit the detour button on the Garmin and it gave us an alternate route.  Too bad the route was a sketchy dirt road covered in snow!
Anyways our stay in Montana was enjoyable.  Greg and I both did not want to go home;(  12 days of relaxation and family time was very nice!
We had a total of 41 people up in Montana....not as bad as you think it would be.  This year was the first year we had our own bedroom, and I think that made all the difference!
Greg went snowboarding two days in discovery, while I stayed back at the house with Selah.  I went into Anaconda (nearest big town) with my sister in laws and nieces and enjoyed lunch with the girls.  We also went sledding and made igloo tunnels.  One day most of the gang went to the Fairmont hot springs and enjoyed the big warm pool and super cool slide!
Cant wait for 2012 Christmas!
